The Role:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant with a passion for Real Estate. This opportunity would suit a candidate who already has some diary management, Personal or Executive Assistant experience and is looking to support a busy Director 1:1.
This is a new role and as such you will have the opportunity to shape the role yourself. Your main goal will be to ease his administrative workload and free up his time to allow him to focus on other business priorities. In addition, you will also provide support to his family with requests and tasks, and from time to time, other members of his team.
You will be proactive, highly organised, and full of initiative. This is a collaborative role which needs input from both sides. Attitude is key and this position would be ideal for someone willing to learn and grow into this role. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate looking to kickstart their career as a PA.
Location: The business is a leading West London (Hounslow), multi-award winning estate agency. The family-run business prides itself on exceptional customer service and in-depth local knowledge.
It is essential that you can easily commute to Hounslow Central for this job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and thoughtful diary management;
- Scheduling business and personal meetings and appointments;
- Inbox management, reviewing emails and correspondence, prioritising work;
- Acting as a gatekeeper for the Director and primary point of contact;
- Understanding the Director’s business and network and building relationships;
- Preparing agendas and documents for meetings, taking minutes;
- Researching, organising and booking business and personal travel, transport and hotels domestically and internationally;
- Running personal errands such as sourcing gifts;
- Dealing with financial administration;
- Managing household admin such as car insurance renewals;
- Liaising with the family to oversee the management of the household;
- Organising team and company events;
- Ad hoc projects as required.
Experience and requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of administration experience, ideally as a PA or admin support role;
- Experience in the property industry is advantageous;
- Exceptional organisational skills;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written;
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Tech Savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility and willingness to work and be contacted out of hours from time to time
- A full UK driving licence is preferred (candidate will have access to company car)

Type: Full-time, office-based (not hybrid)
Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
