Young is a music and arts organisation, built around a London-based record label, that helps exceptional artists locate and develop their genius.
Young is looking to hire an ambitious Personal Assistant to offer direct support to the Company Founder, and to offer support to the Leadership team across company projects.
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining diaries, arranging meetings, taking and sharing notes, clearly summarising daily/weekly tasks and booking travel, hotels, tickets and restaurants. You will manage home improvements/maintenance and run errands. The role will involve managing expenses and budgets, so you should be very comfortable using excel and working with numbers.
As Project Coordinator, you will be tasked by the Founder and/or Leadership Team to support company projects such as Murmur Charity and R.O.S.E contemporary ballet as well as general company activity such as presentation days, gatherings, internal and external events. You will be flexible to cover Front of House at Young Space on an ad hoc basis.

· Meticulously organised with a keen attention to detail
· Passionate about music, arts and culture
· Discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately
· Flexible and adptable, able to work on ambitious projects and in a fast paced environment
· A good writer who is able to put together well-presented decks
