Remuneration:

The family office is now looking to open its London office and is looking for a dynamic and highly self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills to spearhead this effort, be its office manager and to act as the executive assistant to the co-founders.

On the philanthropy side, the family office founded the Citrin Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to find a cure for a rare disease, working with world-class scientists and clinicians globally with a groundbreaking approach. It also founded Cresconova Academy, a non-profit education platform that provides innovative education to students across the world, working with master teachers who wish to teach differently.

Job Summary:
To report to the co-founders and work closely with them to assist them in the running of a successful and growing family office and its philanthropic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the Co-CEOs' administrative needs with discretion and confidentiality
- Assist the Co-CEOs so that they can increase their productivity and maximize their efficiency
- Any other duties as assigned by the Co-CEOs from time to time

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently with little supervision

- A degree holder or higher qualifications
- At least 4 years or more of solid working experience
