A top Global Private Equity firm is seeking a proactive and positive PA to support the Director of Administration, Europe, in this varied PA role, combining traditional PA duties with project and Office Management.
You will be supporting a hugely personable and encouraging Director, with full diary management and scheduling, event management and travel organisation, as well as supporting them on office moves and refurbishments, managing suppliers and being on hand to help handle and trouble shoot any facilities related issues within their stunning and well-maintained office.
The successful PA candidate will have some PA experience, ideally within operations or previously assisted with Office Management and/ or facilities. A Head Receptionist looking to take their next step into the PA role having helped run an office could also work very well.
