My client, who operates within the construction & infrastructure space is looking for 3 x Procurement Professionals to support with ongoing growth within the business having won some exciting new projects!
Responsibilities
- Preparation of supply chain management data and procurement reports for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team including carbon intensity reporting in the supply chain
- Provide assurance support to our clients Tender Desk function
- Promote and support Category Management and drive compliance through better use of framework agreements and preferred suppliers including seeking appropriate opportunities through regional and SME supply chain networks
- Support and enhance business initiatives including DFMA and utilise digital technologies within the supply chain to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the procurement function is engaged and accountable at every stage of the project lifecycle
- Ensure the supply chain works collaboratively to help deliver the requirements of the Sustainability Strategy
- Ensure financial resilience and health checks are undertaken within the supply chain throughout the procurement process
- Lead the Supplier Engagement within the region as part of the up-scaling strategy to deliver the portfolio
- Promote a standardised Divisional approach to the procurement process
- Ensure effective negotiations are conducted with the Supply Chain
Required Skills
NEC / FIDIC contract experience is essential
Proven ability to lead whole life cycle procurement activities for major infrastructure frameworks including civils works, building construction and mechanical and electrical related scope.
Experienced in developing Procurement Strategies and Procurement Plans in collaboration with key stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to build, maintain and influence relationships at all levels of the organisation with ease Willing to work in a collaborative manner and has a desire to seek opportunities to develop synergies across our business A good awareness of supply chain vendors, for both subcontract and materials procurement including through international sourcing opportunities Expertise in supply chain resource capacity analysis to support demand planning Ability to conduct effective communications at all levels within the business
Salary
£50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
