Strategy Analyst Opportunity with a Leading Financial Services Organisation!
📍 Location: Greater Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
💼 Salary: Up to £35,000
🎓 Experience: Recent graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
One of our clients, a major player in the financial services industry, is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join their Strategy Deployment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, driving the development and optimisation of key business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development & Optimisation: Design, maintain, and enhance operational strategy processes, including customer contact selection, digital strategy, and data enrichment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use your expertise in SQL and data analysis to automate processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and support periodic data-oriented activities like CRA reporting and portfolio performance.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including Decision Science, to deploy and optimise operational scorecards and strategic initiatives.
- Risk Mitigation: Ensure all processes are compliant, efficient, and fully auditable to mitigate any potential risks to the business.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in SQL programming (or equivalent), with experience in MS SQL stack (SQL, SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and create strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, with a proactive mindset toward optimising processes.
