Corporate Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate

About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join a high-performing Corporate Team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role offers exposure to cross-border work and international transactions across key industry sectors, focusing on delivering outstanding client service within the Scotland and UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting core documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
- Providing efficient, professional support to partners.
- Building and nurturing client relationships.
- Supporting business development efforts and enhancing the team's market profile.
- Participating in marketing events.
- Managing and supervising junior team members, including associates and trainees.
About You
- Excellent drafting skills and a talent for leading and managing transactional work.
- Scottish qualified Solicitor
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in a leading law firm is expected.
- Ability to translate legal theory into practical client advice.
- A confident communicator with sound judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of operating in a client-facing environment.
- Capacity and intelect to deliver clear, concise advice to clients.
