ITAM Data Quality Ops Engineer - 12 month contract - Hybrid: Glasgow - Competitive Day Rate

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, and JIRA for data management, reporting, and project tracking.
ITAM & ITIL: Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management and ITIL processes.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and independent work style.
Project Management: Experience using JIRA and similar tools to manage tasks and projects.
