Role Description
Due to our continued growth my client is looking for an experienced account handler to join an existing team. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Handler at their offices in Wirral.
The Account Handler will be responsible for new business sales and managing customer accounts, handling renewals, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing account management. Motor Insurance or Fleet insurance experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
• Experience in account management and customer service
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and brokerage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Qualifications in insurance or related fields are a plus but not essential
