ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Waiter, your main role will be to:
● welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner
● demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
● provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
● personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
● maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
● create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories
● be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
● maximise service delivery opportunities
ABOUT YOU
● excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea
● previous experience in a similar 5* environment
● flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
● confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
● ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
● excellent attention to detail
● clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
