If you’re an experienced PPC specialist that can successfully manage ad campaigns across a versatile range of industries and sectors, then we’d love to hear from you.
We’re a PPC-only agency in the UK, specialising in expert PPC services. Our work covers Audit, Consultancy and PPC Management. We’re straight talkers and we never take on any client unless we’re 100% sure we can make a significant difference.
Your role would be predominantly specialising in Google/Microsoft Ads, but there may be some requirement for Social PPC too. (Although, we’re currently recruiting for a Paid Social Manager who will be heading up that side of things once we find them).
What to expect as part of the Maley Digital team
- You would be single-handedly managing your own set of clients from start to finish, including all aspects of the PPC work.
- We pride ourselves on delivering the best client service in the industry, so you’ll also be the main point of contact with your clients. The happier your clients are, the more you can earn through our bonus scheme.
- We’re not an ‘office dog and bean bag’ kind of agency. We prefer to focus on offering a straight up, but exceptional and expert service all around.
- You can live/work anywhere in the UK and choose to work 100% remotely, hybrid or office based (Chester).
- If you’re working remotely, we meet monthly in person at our Chester city centre HQ.

Yes, we did mention a bonus scheme
Excellent work deserves to be rewarded. All our bonuses are fully transparent and designed to help you to earn significantly more than your basic salary. Here’s how it works.
- Client retention landmarks; you will be rewarded a % of a client’s monthly retainer when clients under your management hit landmarks such as 6, 12, 18 and 24+ months with us. We don’t tie clients into long contracts so it’s very much down to you to ensure that clients remain with us. These percentages range from 10% through to 100% of a clients monthly retainer depending on the length of service you’ve been able to secure.
- 5 Star client reviews; For every 5 star client review we obtain from your clients, you will receive a bonus of £100.
- Case Studies: For every successful case study you can detail following results you’ve delivered for a client, you will receive a bonus of £100.
- New client referrals; if you’re able to successfully refer a new client from your network or contacts, we reward you with a bonus of up to 50% of the clients monthly retainer for their first month and a monthly % of the retainer for the first year that they work with us.
- Service Upgrades; If you recognise that a client could benefit from utilising a wider range of our services, for example using Microsoft Ads in addition to Google, and encourage them to expand their services with us, then you receive a 15% bonus of the value of any additional service on a monthly basis.
