We are currently on an exciting journey of digital transformation and are innovating rapidly to create new data-driven advertising solutions. We have exciting plans to launch a data-as-a-service subscription product. We are also expanding our reach internationally, building an audience outside the UK.

About the Role
We need a high-performing account manager – advertising and data sales to accelerate product innovation and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for:
• Building high-value face-to-face relationships with pharmaceutical and veterinary suppliers.
• Using data to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Empowering pharmaceutical and veterinary suppliers to reach the right audience with targeted advertising based on data insights.
• Advising customers on how to leverage data to achieve a measurable return on investment.
• Creating data-driven sales strategies and presentations.
• Maximising revenues from clients across our portfolio of products and services.
• Developing and implementing bespoke marketing solutions tailored to each client's budget and goals.
• Analysing campaign performance using data metrics.
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting the Head of advertising with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Pre-selling subscription revenue to support our data-as-a-service solution.
What we're looking for
We are seeking a high-performing, data-savvy sales professional who:
• Has previous experience in data-driven display and account management media. If you’ve also sold data subscriptions, even better.
• Has strong analytical skills with a passion for translating data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients. • Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Business development skills, including staying up to date with competitors.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience of using data tools like CRMs or marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent commercial acumen and a passion for sales.
• A love of learning and personal development.
• Enthusiasm for exploring how technology, such as AI, can enhance your work.
