Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
The Role
You’ll manage key customer accounts by identifying insights and actions, conducting gap analysis, and supporting the promotional process. The role involves providing category analysis to foster business growth and innovation, validating data to ensure alignment with business information, and maintaining accurate customer data. You’ll build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams and identify opportunities for improvement.
Person Specification:
▻Excellent relationship builder with fantastic communication skills
▻You’ll be an analytical thinker with the capacity to analyse data and identify trends
▻You’ll have great attention to detail
▻You’ll be adaptable with great problem-solving skills
▻Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
Experience required:
▻Previous experience in a customer facing role in commercial, account management, procurement/buying or similar
▻Knowledge and familiarity of the FMCG industry
▻Experienced with analysing data
