About the Client
Our client is a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in the Workforce Time Management Solutions industry. Their systems support clients with a range of functions including payroll, timesheets, absence tracking, HR, health & safety fire alarm roll call, access control, and shop floor data collection. They supply and support a variety of hardware such as face recognition, fingerprint biometrics, hand scanning, and proximity RFID systems.
Our client is currently looking for a motivated individual to join their small, friendly team at their head office in Hertford. They value people who bring a range of skills and who thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. If you enjoy variety and are ready for a challenge, this position is perfect for you. Full training will be provided on their product range, with opportunities to progress into field sales where you’ll demonstrate their solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new sales inquiries
- Manage existing customer accounts
- Handle sales orders and provide advice
- Negotiate service contracts
- Conduct sales demonstrations once trained
- Deliver excellent customer care
- Contribute marketing ideas and concepts

Requirements:
- Sales experience in an office environment
