Job Description

Boden Group are working with a specialist public sector FM provider to source a Hard Services Manager. Working on a flagship PFI site, the Hard Services Manager will be responsible for the hard service delivery across a large single site.

Hard Services contract based in Wiltshire
Large single site (500 + buildings), non complex estate.
A large delivery team consisting of 80+ people.
Must be technically qualified, with either Mechanical or Electrical bias
Must have experience in leading a large Hard Services team, consisting of teams greater than 40+ people.
Experience in public sector/defence environments
Understanding of Life Cycle fund management and PFI contractual regimes.
