Job Description

Step into a dynamic role, where your expertise will be pivotal in estimating and managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects. We're seeking an Electrical Estimator to work on exciting and diverse building services projects, driving the success of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed electrical estimates for a variety of projects in the building services sector.
Review tender documents and specifications to ensure accurate costings.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project profitability.
Present and explain estimates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite.
