Job Description: Aesthetic Receptionist
Location: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics in London
Hours: Up to 18 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £15-£17 per hour
Additional Income Opportunity: Potential to earn additional income as a virtual receptionist on days not worked
Potential Full-Time Role: For the right candidate, the position could become a full-time role
Schedule of Work:
- Monday AM: Chelsea Clinic
- Monday PM: (per agreed) Knightsbridge clinic
- Wednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinic
- Maximum of 6-hour shifts
Must be experienced in Aesthetics and Pabau CRM systems to be considered for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Independent and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in marketing, social media, and Microsoft processes
- Answering calls and addressing patient enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Greeting and assisting patients in the clinic
- Booking appointments and managing patient expectations
- Adhering to escalation policies to senior staff
- Contributing ideas to enhance the brand's presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
Requirements:
- Immediate availability for the right candidate
- Highly organised and ambitious
- Willingness to work independently
- Experience in aesthetics and CRM system Pabau
- Familiarity with marketing, social media, and CRM systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
