CM Medical is supporting the expansion of an innovative medical device manufacturer in the neurostimulation industry.
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to join their growing team in Europe. This company is at the forefront of neurostimulation innovation, with an exciting portfolio focused on enhancing patient outcomes in therapy optimisation.
In this role, you will lead and manage a specialized implant and therapy support team across Europe. You will be involved in every stage of the process, from patient selection through to post-therapy activation.
Key responsibilities include training physicians and field personnel, developing training content, providing procedural and real-time support, and ensuring successful patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the implant and therapy support team for Europe.
- Lead implant and therapy training sessions for physicians and field staff.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement corrective measures to optimize results.
- Collaborate with sales personnel to identify suitable training participants.
- Provide post-training follow-up, including procedural reviews and technical support during implant procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a field clinical role within the medical device industry.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting the implantation and follow-up of Class III Medical Devices, ideally in areas such as spinal cord stimulation, deep brain stimulation, cardiac rhythm management, vagus nerve stimulation, chronic pain therapies, or similar neurostimulation technologies.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in clinical settings.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently within Europe, with occasional travel outside of Europe.
