Sure Maintenance, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire & North East.We are 450+ people strong and support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are a well respected,successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
Pay range £38,000 to £58,000 (OTE including overtime)
Role
- To carry out all aspects of commercial heating includingroutine PPM, servicing, breakdown and some install work across various clients in our geographical region.
- Reporting back to management of work completed with evidence on our PDA-based system.
- To work well within a team or individually.
- To risk assess work/working environments before starting any work to avoid injuries, and undertake all work by Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations
- To identify materials and parts required to carry out repairs to the set company standard
- To keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear the correct uniform and dispose of any waste to company/HSE regulations
The successful candidate will have
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or TPCP1)
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence desired).
- Must have proven customer service experience.
- Ability to work on a call-out rota
- Must provide proof of qualifications at the interview stage
