An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Introduction Technician based in Hatfield.
Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and problem solving of Alstom products on site ensuring their availability while providing technical knowledge to subcontractors and wider project team.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Troubleshooting during product introduction period including pre-warranty and commissioning
- Carry out fleet check activities
- Report and register any failures or events within the database
- Ensure on site EHS and security rules are adhered to
Essential Requirements:
- Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
- Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (mechanical or electrical / electronic)
- EHS knowledge and exposure
Desirable:
- Project knowledge
- IT knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously
