Are you passionate about making a real impact in housing services and driving transformational change? We’re looking for a dynamic Client Manager to lead the client function, ensuring services deliver exceptional value and modernisation for the local community.
Your Role as Client Manager:
- Support the Council in client oversight of its wholly owned Repairs and Maintenance company servicing 17,000 properties
- Lead on providing technical advice to inform decisions on building safety and repairs.
- Drive service improvements and manage large-scale projects, including a £24 million capital budget.
- Foster strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders, from senior leaders to tenants.
- Support the development of new council homes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Your previous experience as a Client Manager: .
- A strategic thinker with strong experience in Repairs, Maintenance and asset management with the ability to challenge service performance, compliance and decisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven success in managing complex projects and driving transformational change
