As Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands & Southwest, step into your new role which offers you the perfect blend of flexibility, responsibility & autonomy.
Typically you’ll spend 4 days on the road covering your patch (and one day working remotely), this can include time with your colleagues in the office, managing your time around what works best for you…whether that’s school runs, pet care, or avoiding rush hour. You’ll be reporting to a newly appointed Sales Director, who’s a well-respected expert in the industry and passionate about rewarding teamwork and collaboration.
What you’ll be doing as Regional Sales Manager:
- You’ll have the hunting instinct to seek out new business opportunities and close deals, whether it’s bespoke or off-the-shelf products.
- Deal sizes range from regular £10-30k contracts to those big-ticket £250k opportunities.
- You’ll nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported. You’ll also work closely with distributors who are selling your brand, maintaining strong, lasting partnerships.
- You’ll attend expos, conduct site surveys, and engage with key players in the construction, merchants, or manufacturing industries, all while representing a global brand that’s undergoing a modern transformation.
- Collaborating with Internal Teams, although you’ll be self-generating leads, you’ll have the support of an experienced internal sales team who’ll work with you to drive success across your region.
As Regional Sales Manager ideally, you’ll have a background in selling to the construction, merchant, or manufacturing sectors. You’re used to managing both small and large deals and know how to tailor your approach to different client needs.
You’re a natural at building long-lasting relationships and can adapt your style to suit different clients, becoming their go-to person.
You’re comfortable working independently, driving your own leads and managing your time, while still being a team player within a collaborative environment.
