Construction Solicitor - Non-Contentious (0-6 Years PQE)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor to join our highly regarded Construction team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on transactional matters across a broad range of construction and engineering projects. Our team is one of the largest in Scotland, advising on commercial real estate development, infrastructure projects, and providing legal support to clients in both the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on non-contentious construction and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with our real estate and banking teams on property finance, project finance, and development transactions.
- Provide guidance on construction aspects of energy projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues across various practice areas, including contentious construction, energy, real estate, and corporate law.
- Stay updated on legal and sector developments to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
