We’re hiring on behalf of an executive search firm that partners with industry leaders in Aerospace, AI, Automation, and Deep Tech to solve complex talent needs. 💷 Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 base, with up to 60% commission
💰 Earnings: Expect to take home around £60,000-£80,000 + in your first year.

Your Role:
- 360° Executive Search: Lead the recruitment process for senior roles, from client briefings through to placements, in transformative sectors like Aerospace and AI.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain high-value relationships with forward-thinking clients, acting as their trusted consultant on talent strategies.
- Industry Insight & Strategy: Use your understanding of emerging technologies to offer targeted recruitment insights that help clients secure the industry’s best.
