Role Overview:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction with their purchases, addressing any concerns, and maximising the lifetime value of our customers. Your role will involve managing follow-up calls, promoting additional services, and providing exceptional support to maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Sale Follow-Up: Contact clients after their purchase to confirm satisfaction, resolve any issues, and gather feedback.
Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty to our services.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Promote additional dental services or cosmetic treatments where relevant, helping clients explore further benefits.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, liaising with other departments as necessary to ensure resolutions.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist clients with booking follow-up treatments, consultations, or maintenance visits.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management system to track interactions, feedback, and any outstanding issues.
Performance Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets, including retention rates and upselling goals.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or cosmetic sales environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
Sales Skills: Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Customer-Centric: A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and addressing clients’ needs.
Organisation: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
IT Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of the dental or cosmetic industry.
Experience in customer retention and post-sales follow-up.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
