Job Description

V7 are hiring on behalf of a leading Fire and Security company based in West Yorkshire for a Service/Install engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
Maintaining effective communications with customers and office to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Meeting Health & Safety and all other applicable regulatory requirements at all times.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, and system sales and following these through with the sales team with a collaborative approach.
Be part of the emergency out of hours standby engineering team and go on the daily call out rota.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of either Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV or Access Control systems.
Ability to both install and service
IPAF, ECS, PASMA Licenses (Desired)
Minimum 2 years experience as an engineer
