Programme Manager (Contract)
12-Month Contract (Outside IR35)
Hybrid Working: Leeds, Manchester, York
Transition Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with an exceptional client seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex programme over the next 12 months. This contract role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change that will positively impact the organisations customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale, integrated programme of work.
- Manage complex internal and external interdependencies across a diverse programme of activity.
- Drive strategic business change initiatives while ensuring smooth programme execution.
- Design a programme plan that aligns with business objectives, and deliver this safely, to time and within budget.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering major integrated programmes.
- Strong background in managing behavioural change within the workplace.
- Expertise in planning, risk management, and budget management across complex programmes.
- Extensive experience managing business change initiatives in large organisations.
- Holds a professional project management qualification such as Prince 2 and MSP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused, with experience in discovery phases.
