We’re recruiting on behalf of an exciting client in MedTech and BioTech recruitment, looking for skilled consultants ready to take charge of the full 360° recruitment cycle. This role offers autonomy, strong rewards, and a real path to directorship with the potential for company shares.
💷 Starting Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 base, plus up to 70% commission
💰 Average Earnings: £85,000+ (top consultants billing over £320,000 annually)
