Join a dynamic property company in York as a Property Support Assistant to assist in day-to-day operations, marketing, and administration across investment property management, brokerage, and serviced suites.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for MD:
- Task and invoice management
- Social media content capture
Portfolio Management:
- Rental listings, tenant inquiries, viewings, and applications
- Oversee maintenance, compliance checks, and property inspections
- Manage utilities, heating, and occupancy analysis
Serviced Suites Management:
- Client check-ins, manage supplies, linens, and cleaning schedules
Agent Support:
- Lead generation, market analysis, and buyer database management
- Create marketing campaigns, and assist with property onboarding
Property Onboarding & Listings:
- Coordinate property photography, floorplans, and staging
- Handle enquiries, schedule viewings, and ensure listing updates
Administrative & Marketing Support:
- Client communications, mail-outs, and market updates
- Office organization, event support, and occasional errands
Skills Required:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Highly analytical
- Ability to work flexibly at pace
- Experience with, Excel, and social media platforms a plus
- Must drive, must live within the York area
