Iconic Resourcing is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and fuel the growth of the services that they provide. You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, promote services, and engage the community
- Leading and delivering engaging marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including managing budgets, setting targets, and coordinating campaign delivery
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, analysing website conversion rates, and refining strategies to improve results
- Identifying and targeting new markets to support business growth, ensuring alignment with our overall company vision
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the Area Managers, to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives across the company
- Briefing and managing third-party marketing agencies, ensuring that all external partnerships deliver value and meet campaign goals
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive and strategic thinker, with strong experience in marketing but who can also roll their sleeves up and deliver campaigns across both traditional and digital channels. You’ll have the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing either in an in-house role or agency environment with a strong track record of driving growth through creative campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills to measure performance and adjust campaigns for maximum impact
- Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and lead successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders
