Candidate Sourcing and Management:

• Conduct meticulous candidate assessments, including interview screenings and skill evaluations, ensuring a perfect match between candidates and client requirements
• 🌐 Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates, fostering relationships and providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
Account Management:
• 💼 Develop and maintain rock-solid relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact and delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment journey
• 🤝 Dive deep into client culture and technical requirements, becoming a true partner in their success by matching them with the perfect candidates
• 📅 Handle end-to-end interview processes seamlessly, from coordinating interviews to gathering feedback and facilitating offer negotiations
