Brigade Electronics Group Plc is recruiting for a Group Head of Technical and Engineering to lead and inspire our technical teams, driving product innovation and ensuring our market-leading position. You will manage engineering projects, cultivate partnerships with key technology providers, and help shape the strategic future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Oversee product development from concept to market-ready solutions.
- Manage engineering projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align with business goals.
Key Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior technical and engineering management role.
- Degree or equivalent experience in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
- Track record of leading product development from concept to launch.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
