- Drive the creative process by fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging ideation, and helping shape the overall vision of the project.
- Ensure the creative integrity of the project is maintained while balancing production realities.
Production Oversight

- Interface with external vendors and partners to secure and manage production resources, ensuring seamless execution of all technical aspects, including AV, staging, lighting, and logistics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the production process, ensuring that issues are addressed without compromising the final result.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting to clients.
- Optimise resources by strategically allocating team members and contractors to meet project needs efficiently.
- Ensure financial health of each project through cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
