If you are passionate about food and great tasting brands, which are both good for you and good for the planet, then this fabulous Brand Manager position could be a great fit! It is initially a 12mth mat cover, however, could potentially become permanent depending on opportunities.
To be successful in the role (and importantly ensure you love what you are doing in the position), you must be passionate about consumers, innovation and brand activation. The Brand Manager will be responsible for creating new, inspiring innovation and developing roadmaps in current and new categories/brands. Innovation is at the heartland of our B Corp client.
Our ideal candidate
- Loves brands, engages with brands and understands the importance of brand USP/consumer relationships.
- Has proven success in building and executing innovation strategy based on true consumer insights, leveraged towards commercial benefit.
- Can build a launch plan relevant to the market/consumer opportunity, with experience in connecting with consumers through non-traditional channels.
- Must be comfortable interpreting research and data.
- Must be commercially and numerically astute, and comfortable with P&Ls and analysis.
- Must have proven end to end project management skills.
- Will have a solid understanding of the UK retail sector.
- Will have excellent cross-functional interpersonal skills.
- Will be a strong organiser and influencer with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
