My client is a UK-based charity focusing on sustainable development and youth leadership. They run volunteer programs in various countries where participants work on community projects, environmental conservation, and personal development.
After great success, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team and help drive sign-ups.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers aged 13-16 years into committed Venturers for their programmes in various Expedition countries.
This role offers a huge degree of flexible and remote working, and the opportunity to travel to some of these destinations and participate in the activities. It will be a hybrid model between working from home and being out on the road visiting schools, so it is essential that you hold a clean and valid British drivers licence (company car is provided).
This is a Field Sales role so you will be on the road most days and remote working the other days. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers aged 13 - 16yrs into joining up on these 6 week school holiday travel programs.
You will be responsible for building relationships with schools across Kent/Surrey/Sussex to deliver talks and engage with potential Venturers. You’ll also be responsible for following up with leads to ensure a seamless experience and successful conversions.
Role: Regional Expedition Coordinator
Location: UK. Remote working, ideally based in areas around Surrey, Kent & Sussex as you will be visiting schools around these areas every day.
Contract: Full time
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 + 30k commission OTE
