Associate Solicitor - Property Litigation - Manchester - This Manchester Real Estate Disputes team is searching for an Associate to be involved in a variety of real estate disputes, including issues related to dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters, statutory compensation, insolvency, and energy.

This role involves high-profile, cutting-edge dispute resolution work and collaboration with teams across the UK. The team is renowned for providing highly commercial advice and offers opportunities to work closely with key clients.

Job Title: Associate

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £70,000

Previous Experience: At least 2 years PQE in Real Estate litigation with strong commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly interact with clients, including taking instructions and preparing high-quality legal documents.
Providing in-depth case analysis and manage substantial disputes under partner supervision.
Support team culture and values in a collaborative environment.
