Your Role

As Senior Property Regeneration Lawyer, you’ll tackle a broad spectrum of complex property transactions and development agreements. Your work will directly influence Bury’s growth by:

Leading legal aspects of large-scale regeneration projects, including land acquisitions, disposals, and intricate property transactions
Drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts and agreements in regeneration initiatives
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders—project managers, developers, and legal advisors—to ensure project success
Supporting the legal aspects of planning and compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) when needed

About You

A qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive experienced in property law
Proficient in property transactions, particularly in commercial Landlord and Tenant, development agreements, disposals, and land acquisition
Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and communication, with the ability to manage a diverse workload on high-impact projects
