The Role
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be key in supporting our talent acquisition processes and driving continuous improvement in recruitment efforts. You will manage all aspects of our recruitment process, create and update job advert templates, and play a role in promoting our employer brand. You’ll also work closely with the HR team to help us achieve our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, ensuring our recruitment process is fair, transparent, and aligned with our values.
Key job responsibilities
- Personnel Requisitions: Work with hiring managers to support them to put together personnel requisitions for additional hire requests.
- Job Advert Creation: Develop and optimise inclusive job advert templates for internal and external roles, collaborating with hiring managers to capture role-specific requirements.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating (and conducting some) interviews and onboarding.
- Website & Employer Brand: Work with HR and BD and Marketing Support to enhance the Live Linked In page and careers section of our website and promote G3 Systems as an employer of choice.
- Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives that drive equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all recruitment practices encourage a wide range of applicants.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics), using data to identify trends and suggest improvements
Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience in recruiting, coordination, HR or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, with hands on experience using Workday and LinkedIn recruitment platforms
- Experience of Expat recruitment or overseas recruitment desirable
- Experience and understanding of security clearance requirements
Qualifications Required:
3 A-Levels grade C and above (Or equivalent)
Salary Banding: £28,000-£30,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
