Our client is working as Facilities management company delivering total integrated building service solutions throughout the public and private sector. The business has grown rapidly over the last 5 years and currently has a 300 strong all trade workforce, as part of our 10-year vision we plan to further grow the business to an all-Ireland delivery.
Location - Magherafelt, Northern Ireland.

Time - 5 days a week on site: 9 am-5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Commercial Management of respective projects from pre-tender to client handover.
• Ensure effective interaction between QS and the Project Manager also mentor trainee QS
• Agreeing on specification and budgets for all new projects monitoring throughout to ensure company goals are achieved.
• Responsible for sub-contracting letting, negotiation, and financial accounting.
• Issuing of Early Warnings along with valuing and submitting Compensation Events in line with NEC 3 requirements
• Update all monthly WIP/CVR, cost, and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance of the department.
Essential
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in construction Industry
• BSC (Hons), HND, BTEC in Construction related field
