Your role in the team:
- Identify and create new sales opportunities across Northern Ireland and ROI.
- Visit customers and business partners in person to showcase our top-notch products.
- Use your sales magic to turn leads into lasting relationships – no cold calling, but proactive lead generation is key!
- Price competitively, produce proposals, and follow up using our CRM system.
- Work to targets, attend trade shows, and stay flexible – some evening and weekend work required.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years’ field sales experience (construction industry experience is a plus!).
- A confident communicator with strong influencing skills.
- Results-driven and highly self-motivated to hit targets and grow partnerships.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
- A full UK driving license for at least 12 months.
