Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an astute Snr Client Advisor to join our fast-paced HNW broking team. You’ll be responsible for managing an extensive book of business providing bespoke solutions to a broad spectrum of personal lines clients.
Your day to day will consist of:
- Managing a large portfolio of cross-class HNW business
- Working efficiently on achieving targets for retention, new business, and cross selling
- Dealing with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid -term renewals and retention, always providing the best customer service
- Managing policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
- Drafting professional reports and request key information from clients
- Providing support to other team members and assist in training newer team members.
Skills & Experience
You’ll be a natural and enthusiastic communicator with a strong customer service ethos, and a willingness to continue your own learning and development journey.
In addition, you’ll:
- Have a solid technical understanding of Personal lines insurance including HNW Private clients and will have worked in a similar broking role.
- Previous experience of looking after an extensive book of business
- CII Cert qualified as a minimum and a desire to continue studying towards the Diploma
- Be confident in building effective relationships with your clients, your team and the wider company
- Be organised, accurate and have excellent attention to detail
- Have passion, energy and a strong customer service ethos
- Be effective, confident & considerate in your communication and be able to adapt your communication style accordingly
- Intuitive thinking and confidence with decision making
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience of using Acturis would advantageous but full training would be provided
