Responsibilities:
Day-to-day business finances:
•Use of Sage & Expensein software
•Sales & purchase ledgers
•Bank account reconciliation
•Payroll including PAYE & pensions
•VAT returns, UK & Irish
•Aged debtors administration & reporting
•Monthly management accounts & KPIs
•Reporting quarterly financial information to the Directors
•Year-end accounts preparation
Projects financial administration:
•Invoicing
•Liaising with clients
•Project financial records & reporting
•Expenses authorisation & processing
•Petty cash
•Working in accordance with quality management procedures
•General office duties as required.
The role demands flexibility in terms of work ethic. As with any small office, it is impossible to detail precisely all of the reasonable duties and tasks that will or may arise; we see this as a positive.
Requirements:
•Demonstrable record of delivering high-quality output
•Minimum 5 years experience, in a similar role
•Relevant accountancy qualification(s)
•Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 software specifically Excel, Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll, Expensein.
Rewards:
•Approx. £28k – £32k (pro-rata) depending on experience/capability

•24 - 30 hours per week (over 4 days, negotiable), with flexible start/finish times
