Our Tax team is seeking a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager. This role will be instrumental in assisting managers and directors to provide taxation advice to clients, while supporting your teams in the delivery of their work and ensuring that operational objectives are met.
You will ensure compliance and quality standards are always maintained, client needs are identified, providing proactive support and advice, adhering to our client care programme and ensure client relationships are within our legislative framework, compliance and quality standards.
Your responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
- Manage the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work for clients in a range of industries including high street brands.
- Involvement in UK tax due diligence engagements.
- Opportunity to get involved in UK and International corporate tax advisory projects with training provided.
- Being one of the main points of contact for directors, managers, and clients on a portfolio of corporate tax compliance jobs.
- Ensuring all parties are kept up to date as work progresses.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Help develop other team members in corporate tax compliance work.
What you need:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA and/or CTA.
- Alternatively, qualified by experience.
- Strong [role] experience.
- Experience managing trainee team members preferred.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude to change and a desire to be the best you can be at your role.
