The Role: As our Sales Lead, you’ll take charge of our sales strategy, build relationships, and lead our team to make these new brands a success. You will help us expand across multiple channels and leave your mark on a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and execute a powerful sales strategy for B2B channels.
Build and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners partners.
Collaborate across teams to align sales initiatives with our brand vision.
Drive new business opportunities while ensuring strong retention and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in a sales leadership role, in skincare, beauty, or FMCG.
Track Record: Proven success in building B2B relationships.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excited about growing new brands and finding creative ways to capture the market.
