Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £40,000 - £59,000 per annum + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Holidays + Pension etc.
Location: Seascale, Cumbria
Hours of work: 37 Hours Per Week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical subject (Mechanical, HVAC or EC&I)
- 3+ years commissioning experience
- Pre-Ops design knowledge - Desirable
- Nuclear or Defence industry experience - Essential
- Experience in fault finding within a technical, engineering or operational environment
- Experience in setting to work of new systems or processes
- Experience of leading and supervising an engineering or technical group with demonstrable evidence of successful delivery of work
Role information: As the Commissioning Engineer you will be aligned to the Start Up Commissioning and Pre-Operations delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for Commissioning and Pre-Operations work scope for your assigned area throughout the lifecycle of the project. You will ensure activities are delivered in line with the established Start Up, Commissioning and Pre-Operations processes.
You will collaborate with an internal multidisciplined project delivery team.
