We're seeking a Civils Package Manager who can bring their enthusiasm, knowledge, skill and experience to a significant nuclear project, You will support/manage the delivery of packages of work, co-ordinate sub contractors, work closely with consortium partners and internal colleagues, ensuring we are maintaining contractual obligations to quality, schedule and cost, and of course most important of all that we maintain our outstanding and proud record of working to world class QHSE standards.
You'll have ideally a higher NVQ/or degree in Construction or Engineering related, but more important is the track record of delivering large packages of work (Ideally in Nuclear). You will be a great communicator who is able to inspire colleagues/teams/partners/sub contractors to completion and handover, you'll also be able to influence and shape ideas, see where cost savings might be made (without compromising QHSE) and of course, ensure that we remain on course contractually.
