Summary:
This is a fantastic role for graduates or those looking for an entry role into the digital advertising industry. The successful candidate will complete a full scale training program in the first six months of the role.
The Biddable Media Executive role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of our digital advertising campaigns across social and search channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc). The role is a supportive role, working closely with Paid Media Analysts, ensuring that key performance indicators are met and our client’s campaigns are at all times delivered to the highest standards.

Salary: £24,000
Our Biddable Media Executives are responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of our clients' digital media strategies across Search, Social and Programmatic. You will ensure our campaigns meet and exceed expected outcomes, maximising our clients’ satisfaction. You will provide frequent insights, analysis and recommendations which will inform clients’ strategy and media plans.
As the in-house biddable media experts, we are required to stay up-to-date with industry updates and best practices, as well as contribute and work to innovate our products, techniques and campaigns. Our team members work with autonomy but we hold frequent knowledge sharing sessions to make sure we continue to grow and expand our expertise as a team.
You’ll live our values, to be accountable for your own tasks, to be brave and try new things and to be curious, staying up to date with industry updates and the latest developments. All the while working in a team that is recognised as one of the most supportive in the industry.
As a junior member of the team, we expect you to come into our Brighton office twice a week.

Requirements:
- Proven Interest in Biddable Media is a must.
- Awareness of Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn marketing solutions or other digital advertising platforms work. We need you to be curious.
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Superb communication skills.
- Strong Excel and analysis skills.
- Proven track record of multi-tasking/prioritising workloads.
- Courage to challenge status-quo.
- Eagerness to learn and get stuck in.
