An NVQ Level 2 in Beauty or the equivalentSupervisor or management experience

Reporting to Studio Operations ManagerPerforming team appraisalsAttending management meetingsHeading up team meetingsAttending exit and disciplinary meetingsPlacing ordersTraining Junior Nail Technicians and Studio AssistantsDealing with customer complaintsManaging team performanceConducting morning briefingsOpening and closing the salonPerforming all nail treatments including Nail ArtPerforming treatments on Press and InfluencersCreating new nail art designs for events and seasonal menusPerforming treatments at in-store and off-site eventsUndertaking reception duties where requiredAttending training, workshops and meetingsTaking images and videos for content.
