Portfolio Director - Heat Networks

We are currently delivering the Search for a Portfolio Director, who will oversee a number of heat network concessions across various locations within the UK.
In this role, you will be working for a growing heat network operator who develop, own and operate, and you will be joining an experienced leadership team with significant growth ambitions.
The role:
You will be tasked with oversight of assets under long term concession agreements, and will hold P&L responisbility for each region.
You will work alongside technical engineering personnel to ensure efficient operarion.
You will work closely with local authority clients, supporting their carbon reduction strategies and work together to identify opportunities to develop new infrastructure.
You will work together with commercial and finance colleagues to promote best practice across each region.
About you:
Whilst you do not need to have heat networks experience, knowledge of these assets would be beneficial.
Experience in the development/management of energy infrastructure is a must.
Experience working with Local Authority/Public Sector clients is essential.
