Your Role as our Learning and Development Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of the learning and development function, including the creation and execution of engaging training programs and workshops designed to enhance employee performance and productivity.
Attributes
- Hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
- Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging and effective training programmes
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Robust understanding of the accounting industries standards and best practice
- Strong financial decision making skills
